October 29th, 2009

If you are an individual who travels frequently, then it would be beneficial for you to choose the proper best miles credit card to use for charging purposes.

There are a variety of offers out there that cater to frequent fliers.

I am going to review some of these credit cards so that you can make the best decision as to which credit card will fit your needs.

The first credit card I would like to discuss is the American Express Business Gold Rewards card; this card is currently offering 25,000 bonus points which will be credited to your account in two partial payments, six to eight weeks after your first purchase.

You can use the 25,000 points towards the redemption of one domestic airline ticket, for a fee of $0.0004 per point, up to $50. This credit card does have an annual fee attached, but it is waived for the first year that you own the credit card. As far as best miles credit cards are concerned, the American Express Business Gold Rewards card ranks high among the competition.credit-card-reward-programs

Next on the list is the Chase TravelPlus Visa credit card; this card provides two miles for every $1 spent on travel-related purchases and 1 mile for every $1 that is spend on other categories of purchases.

In addition to this perk, this particular best miles credit card offers a 0% APR introductory offer on purchases and balance transfers. The annual fee for this credit card is $29 and is used to fund the rewards account.

The Discover Business Miles credit card does not require that you actually have a business in order to apply for a line of credit. With this credit card, you will earn one mile for every dollar that you charge; for gas and travel purchases, you will earn double miles.

Once you have reached the preset limit of 5,000 miles, you can begin to redeem awards. To sweeten this offer even more, the Discover Business Miles credit card is also currently offering 0% APR on purchases for twelve months.

The best miles credit card for people who are customers of JetBlue should consider applying for the American Express JetBlue Business card. This credit card offers 25 TrueBlue points after the first purchase is made. All you need to do to earn a free flight is to reach 100 TrueBlue points.

As an additional bonus to attract potential customers, your first purchase that is made with this credit card will earn you a $50 credit. So, in reality, you are able to get a small purchase for free! This credit card carries a $40 annual fee and entitles the cardholder to receive a 5% discount on any JetBlue purchases. In one year, if you travel often and spend $800 or more on JetBlue flights, the card will pay for itself.

The last best miles credit card that I would like to review is the Gold Delta SkyMiles Business card. In order to apply for this credit card, you do not need to own a business. The Federal Tax ID that is required for all businesses is not required on the credit card application.

The benefits of this credit card include 15,000 bonus mile after the first purchase is made, 5,000 bonus miles once the cardholder has reached $15,000 in charges and another 5,000 bonus miles when $25,000 has been spent within a year’s time. This credit card has an annual fee attached to it of $85, but this fee is waived for the first year.

If you are a cardholder who is disciplined in managing your credit card debt, then a best miles credit card should be a great fit for your needs. If you are required to travel often for business purposes or love to travel for pleasure, you will be satisfied with the miles that can accumulate by simply charging your purchases on the best miles credit card.
